The mechanism is used to fill material medicine in sequence and automatically into the empty capsules in the capsule mould. A stepless speed adjusting electrical motor provided on the hopper (with a meter to show speed) drives the propeller to force the medicine into the capsules. The mould rotates by the driving of the lower rotating disc which is driven by a separate stepless speed adjusting motor. The mould is made to rotate under the charge nozzle for one cycle with the charge controlled by a photoelectric counter (the setting valve of which is 30 times). As the filling button is depressed , the hopper is pushed by the cylinder towards the mould. When the hopper reaches its desires position, the motors for the rotating disc and the hopper automatically start. After turning for one cycle, the mould automatically stops its rotation and the hopper, pulled by the cylinder, withdraws from the mould simultaneously.
If the hopper doesn`t move at a desired speed, adjust the two one-way throttle valves at the connector of the electric solenoid to make the speed proper. In the event that the hopper has not arrived at its desired position but the motor has begun to start or after it reaches the position, the motor doesn`t start, adjust the time relay on the console to enable the motor to start 1 second after the hopper reaches the desired position.
Filling amount adjustments: Depending on the filling amount and the fluidity of the medicine to be filled, adjust the motor speed of the hopper and the rotating disc. In the case of medicine difficult to be filled, adjust the setting valve of the counter to 60 or 90 (it is factory adjusted to 30).
